Sign Up
Whether you're a student, or a mentor, it starts with filling out a short form. Just tell us who you are, what you’re curious about, and what kind of time you can realistically offer.

We Match You
Our founder (a student herself) personally reviews every request and matches students with mentors based on shared interests, fields, and vibe. Eventually, our tech will streamline this process—but for now, every match is hand-picked with care.

The Conversation
Once matched, you choose:
One Hour (a power-packed Zoom or coffee chat)
One Day (a mini-shadow day or guided dialogue)
One Week (a deeper immersion or project-based shadowing)
No formal training. Just real talk, real insight, real value.

Reflect + Reconnect
After the session, we check in. How did it go? Would you like to stay in touch? Should we match you again? For some, it’s a launching pad. For others, it’s a full-circle moment. Either way, the impact is real.
